WHY L'AVES WAS BORN
Welcome to L'AVES Skin Riches the home of natural skincare, manufactured in England, fusing nature’s alchemy, green chemistry, and modern science to deliver performing, sustainable, clean products full of nourishment and vitality for your skin and overall well-being.
We use only 100% naturally pure potent botanical, free from SLS, Parabens, Phthalate, Alcohol, Palm oil and other unnatural nasties. Our skincare is suitable for even the most sensitive skin.
Our entire skincare collection is suitable for vegetarians and our oils for vegans.
L'AVES skincare was born as an antidote to the chemical overload that we find in our every-day lives in our quest to help our children who suffered for years with eczema related skin conditions and allergies.

WHAT IS DIFFERENT ABOUT L'AVES SKINCARE ?
Peeling back the labels on all the beauty products in our home was an epic eye opener for us. The beauty industry has simply lost its connection with what really nourishes us and instead replaced it with 95% water, preservatives and synthetics. Our approach to this has been to create a Truly Natural skincare range.
We make all our own products, and that means we know what is in them, why each ingredient is included and where every single ingredient comes from. A large number of skincare brands outsource their production to industrial factories. By making ourselves we are able to innovate and avoid toxic standard practices (like cheap chemical fillers or adding tiny ineffective amounts of active ingredients). We know what is in our products, why it is there and where it comes from. This extra level of involvement we have in every element of product creation, from initial ideas through to the finished product, is what makes us stand out from the crowd.
Every L'AVES product is handmade in small batches in Eco studio with the freshest ingredients. Hand making every product may take us slightly longer, but we believe that quality skincare requires skill, time, and care.
If you were to visit our studio you would see that we use blenders, dough mixers and other small scale production tools, and that it shares more similarities with a kitchen than an industrial production line. All of this means that we can ship our products to you freshly made, with every antioxidant, oil and extract at its very best
HONESTLY
The whole ethos of L'AVES brand is based around honesty. We want to help consumers make a conscious choice towards reducing their chemical intake and we are committed to using only the purest, most potent food grade ingredients. With you in mind, we designed our labels to be simple.
We choose ‘green science’, the power of plants, over the synthetic alternatives you will find in most mass-produced cosmetics and toiletries.
All our products are mildly scented only of raw natural ingredients.
WE CARE
We care about our world - Our brand was mindfully created in synergy with the planet by being 100% plastic free, reusable, upcyclable and biodegradable.
We use paper labels.
Our glass bottles are made from fully recyclable glass and bamboo, aluminium top ( made of recyclable material), there they are reusable and fully recyclable.
Every piece of card and paper we use is FSC (Forest Sustainability Certified) to help limit deforestation and ensure forests are sustainably managed. Our cartons are made from 75% recycled board, these boxes are easily recycled with other cardboard and paper and are fully compostable and biodegradable.
We provide glass or wood spatulas together with brown glass bottles and jars, which allow us to extend our products shelf life without chemicals of any kind but also to protect the high nutrient content of our blends.
OUR ECO STUDIO
We have furnished our Eco studio with Eco-friendly flooring – Linoleum, which is created from a concoction of linseed oil, cork dust, tree resins, wood flour, pigments and ground limestone. The whole studio is also powered by sustainable energy and we have fitted it with Eco-friendly motion activated LED lighting.
We try to make our products in an energy-efficient way, encouraging our team to switch off equipment and replacing less-efficient equipment.
In our Eco studio, we only use reusable crockery and cutlery, rather than disposable items, and we minimise paper printing where possible.
